The title.
I think that it is mostly for the positive, but if they get rid of TX cubes, I am not going to be happy.

If they will remove 11 different types of cubes and replace them with a single option. I'm willing to bet that they will add in 2CPU and (keep) 3CPU cubes (They mentioned this before, when they first talked about painting cubes), all rebalanced but still all with their positives and negatives.

Well, the thing with change is that everything has its cons and prons, its mostly down to votes, if they are going to do any, i haven't really been up to date with rc stuff, sorry about my inactivity.
