I haven't experimented too much with the relationship of money and steam, but i'd imagine the gift cards are international, as for the transfer of funds, I don't believe that works

It is heavily lucked based, but I feel that the top builds have at least some quality (not necessarily much, but some) to them. I'm not sure how they could really reduce the luck based CRF system. Yes, the top builds do have quality. However, bots with equal or more quality are dumped into the bottom of the list, where no one ever scrolls down to. So the requirements to have a bot that goes to the top are both good quality and luck. And I don't like the fact that luck is involved. |

On a related note, I am probably going to go and test out international use of steam cards (you can change your Steam account region, right?). Off to the the drug store! (After school)

Ok, bought a Steam card, looked around for a way to change my account (an account I created solely for the purpose) to another region, and found that you have to contact Steam Support to do so, so I searched around online and found some very conflicting answers, but they all ended with people deciding they were not region locked (plus I believe Steam FAQ says they aren't).
So I'm going to see if I can organize a really simple contest so I can test this out (Ha! You thought you were going to get CDN20$ for free!?!)
I will open a thread with contest details when I can come up with an idea for a contest (Ideas are welcome)

I would've loved to get Canadian bucks...foreign currency is fun to have Q^Q
I'm still seriously mad at myself for bein' locked away from playin' RC as much as I'd like T.T
Buyin' a new PC is gonna be expensive in terms of gettin' RC to run decently (I know some low end PC's can do it, it's just until Unity 5, I'm not gonna take chances)

It used to not do that and you'd be stuck with money you couldn't use. Better Luck next time? Buy an AMD laptop, their integrated graphics are enough to run the game, and they probably have enough single-threaded performance to run it (at least my A10 does) |

Maybe it could be based on members rating of the build? I like that idea! Now how about Artistic and Combat? For combat a platoon would seem like the most logical way of rating someone's ability. I have no ideas for Artistic |
