So recently I've noticed a drop-off of new members. I was curious if other people are fine with this, or would like a bigger clan. Personally I would like a bigger clan, because a lot of the members we have have gone dark or are not extremely active in game or on the forums (both). Also would love suggestions for how to get more members, and maybe the leaders and I can have a little (evil) plotting meeting or thread to make it happen.

The thing that most concerns me is that our clan is really made up of only a few members, like around 10 that are actually active. That's it. The rest aren't really part of the clan.

The thing that most concerns me is that our clan is really made up only 7 members, me, you, ND, macfreek, t050189, chaos, and potentially razhero and redbring. That's it. The rest aren't really part of the clan. I thought the same thing two, and I came up with two solutions: 1) Recruit more people, and hopefully a small percentage will be active 2) Kick everyone who isn't active, so that more people (who are potentially active) aren't intimidated by size (although the size isn't very large compared to some toher clans - look at Hydra and AC) Obviously option 2 is not an option, since I more or less promised to not kick people out for inactivity, unless it becomes a big problem (99/100 inactive, 1/100 active sort of thing) |

Well, I suggest that you post a list of ACTIVE members and INACTIVE members instead of a big list of players.

Wow, that hurt, i'm quite active in the forums, not on our official RC thread, but im active both in-game and here on the forums, mind you i can only respond in the weekends, that doesn't mean i won't watch what's going on. Yes a active/inactive member list would help out new players, also a live chat room would be nice, not in-game XD. |
