Yeah, the redbring logo is better. But the usage of an actual picture of an actual chip doesn't fit well with the style of redbring's logo. I think a picture like this would work better: www.openwetware.org/images/b/b1/Computer-Chip.jpeg(except it would have to be flat obviously) Well then, i'll try to add in a better processor, this means my progress on V4 is more or less set to 0.

Well technically chips don't have anything else but simple text on them, if we're being realistic here. Really, not sure how the logo could be thrown in without a processor or something to separate it from the background Alternately, making it overlay and in some way line up with the rays on Endgame's picture idea might look cool.

So, because endgame wanted something different, i tried to make something different, but it didn't really come out any better than the last one, therefore i had two tries at it, but, realistically speaking, i need to get an actual circuit board to make it look good enough, and NGniuness' idea was good, but it was really hard to make, besides, i had to use different colors in the transition anyway, which made the coupling between two images irrelevant since it would look like it would be the same board anyway, so try 3 will ,hopefully, have the kind of different board section, but until then, here are the two tries i made: The second one looks different, but it still has a few kinks to work out, like the different size of the cuts, and, probably, the fact its asymmetrical.Again, these are just ideas, not really pictures made to be put on the forums.

I like the shiny background (on the chip) it makes it look much nicer. The second one looks sort of out of place, with the sort of random colour change. The first one with the blue chip makes the logo actually stand out more than it would otherwise. Overall though, I like it!

Since I had some time, and Christmas is pretty much gone, i decided to have another go for the image, but not an actual new board. It's just polished, and sized and everything, and gives the general just of probably what's next to come.Without further do: Try 2.5:
